SHOULD WE LET IT OUT? OR KEEP IT TO OURSELF?
IS BEING CALM A HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE TO BEING ANGRY??
WHY DID ZIDANE FLARE UP IN FRONT OF BILLIONS OF AUDIENCE?
On the lighter side of reasoning , that is because matarazzi insulted his family.
any normal being would be angry.
BUT, zidance is different,
He is a WORLD-class player playing in a world cup with billions looking up at him as role model.
What he did isnt wrong.
But to those ignorant of WHY he did that thinks zidane has no sportsmanship and undeserving of the AWARD.
that is why, we should express our anger in a healthy manner and assery YOURself with another person. THINK of how he would respond and react accordingly.
Events that are largely associated with unhealthy anger:
-fustration
-injustice**
-insult**
-threat
-transgression against a rule
-socailly offensive behavior.
GAIn control of your feelings , and do what u think is best , be it physically solving the problem or not.
what i do to calm myself is giving myself a talk when i am angry.
"okay u are getting angry. take a deep breath and relax and relax and relax..."
"I'm incharge here, relax, he's not going to make me angry."
"I will let this go, Hewont wind me up. GOOOd, i'm letting go.. phew"
hypersensivity to criticism will lead to you overstimating ANGeR.
it influences your awareness.
