Mr Lee said: "In Singapore, I'm worried about what the people think of me. As long as the people understand that what I am doing is in their best interests and there is no alternative that is better than what, not just me but my successors, are offering, we are not doing too badly. "The final test is not whether you are rated by Amnesty International or Human Rights International, but the satisfaction of the people you are governing towards you and what you have delivered." -

i read it somewhere :
Politics is lacking in singaporean's DNA, what talks sense into Singaporeans are dollar and cents, and APATHY is in our blood.

Well, we should not deny at this point of my life when i am 17, that the government is partly to blame.
Nope, i do not think i am getting myself into trouble because, this is what a fellow Singaporean thinks. SO pardon me,

Singapore has become such a fast paced country that it is constantly developing, advancing, improving. And i am thankful. because i do not live in the likes of South Africa and slums in other countries.
Listen to this,
I am grateful to be born in Singapore,
BUt, i am not proud to be a Singaporean.

Why?

My life revolves around, BOOKS, STRESS.
Who cares about fucking politics?
Who cares what the government is doing to us?
All we have to concentrate on is to pass the examinations at the end of the year.
Before anyone blacklist my blog and come knocking on my door,
Think twice.
You can silence one dog produced by the MOE, but u cannot deny, we are only pawns of the education system.

At the age of 17, I daresay, at least 72% of my age group do not know what the fuck is IMF all about.
I do not deny, i am in the 72%. All i know is, it's a gathering for the reputable bankers and companies.
WHY are they here?
oops, sorry not sure.

Let's not digress to IMF,
I was talking about not being proud of Singapore,
I should correct myself though, to be exact, I do not feel a sense of belonging to Singapore.
What's the National Anthem for? PLEDGE?
Anyone of you ever sang it with pride? to the extent that you almost cried?
What a joke.
More often than not, WE do it for the sake of it.
It's like a chore, a task. Something we HAVE to do, before we can go for lessons.

I have been in KAP macdonals for almost two weeks in a row.
STUdying.
of course, i hope to see results after wasting so much money on food.
The money spent has accounted to 90 bucks for 10 days.haiz
just on eating.

This fellow Singaporean, has NO time to entertain himself, to play sports for leisure.
ABsolutly zero time.
And today, i am going to lock myself in mac again. TO appease the MOE, to let them produce TALENTS that has ZERO creativity.
Why do i say that ?
Singaporeans go by the book, they like to memorise.
we cannot think OUT OF THE BOOK.

We are not creative enough to be successful entrepreneurs.
SAD

BLAME THE GOVERNMENT?
OR blame ourselves for being born in this "no time for rest" country
OR regret why You did not study well enough.

in singapore, once u suffer a setback, this country does not wait for u to whine and cry, YOU get up immeditately and move on or spend the rest of ur life rotting in the streets.

FUCK the stress in me now.
