I read up, and i thought the former secretary general Kofi Annan was an All- Talk no Action. In his speeches, he said what was wrong and something had to be done.
But, look in depth, his words are simple and straight to the point, he does not beat around the bush. He don't like something, WHACK! he addresses the problem.
He's good. Real good.
As i was saying previously, about hong kong, topping the chart for freeest economy.
What defines a Free economy?
Low labour cost?
Freedom to dismiss "incompetent" workers?
easy entry for foreign workers/talents?
Is it worth celebrating about being 2nd for something that doesnt mean good.

Many who question the effectiveness of the United Nations have criticized a number of matters. First, it has been said the United Nations is ineffective as a peacekeeping organization. Several reasons for this are frequently cited. They include the fact that UN resolutions usually have not been enforced by the organization and that debates over matters of peace and security have historically resulted in a standoff between the superpowers.
